Normally, Rotkäppchen (aka Annie & Ian) can be found
jumping around in harlequin leotards and red capes on various stages of East
London's club scene whilst entertaining the crowd with an audio-visual show of
electronic goodness.
The German/English duo could be described as the 'Nu White
Stripes' of electro, playing live electronic music in the style of Soulwax/The
Whip with laptop, keys, several technical devices, vocals, and live drums
(played by Annie). Their sets are a non-stop danceable mix of their own tracks
and mash-ups of popular samples - thus making them a mixture of live band and
live DJs.
When they're not playing live they DJ dirty electro - and
